Master Management Stratégique

The Master in Strategic Management and Enterprise Management (including the Strategic and Enterprise Management) is run by the IAE Clermont Auvergne - School of Management within the Clermont Auvergne University. It is designed to train managers capable of leading teams, designing and implementing strategies, and contributing to the success of organisations. Its content is centred on strategic management, change management, and project management. It is structured around two distinct pathways: Management stratégique and Management de projet, innovation et transformation numérique.
