Students at the Master Gestion Ressources Humaines will have the opportunity to engage in projects as consultancy missions, reflecting a commitment to real-world problem-solving.

The programme prepares students to contribute to HR activities like recruitment, training, and compensation, equipping them to evaluate societal consequences and act ethically. Graduates emerge with the ability to use HR management tools, address legal issues, and manage employee competencies and classifications.

Throughout the two-year programme, a mix of English-taught courses and opportunities for alternance (alternating weeks between university and workplace).
