Through the Master Conseiller Clientèle Professionnels M2, students with a L3 in management or economics gain essential theoretical knowledge in banking and finance, and practical skills to become quickly operational in a bank agency, specialising in the second year on the role of a professional client advisor. The programme is managed in collaboration with the CFPB, the main professional training organisation in the banking sector, offering a high rate of professional insertion and a recognised qualification. Students benefit from a varied teaching methodology, including both university and professional practitioners, as well as access to a digital campus for documentation and collaborative tools.

This programme prepares students to understand and manage financial analysis, banking law and taxation, and to master the negotiation and relationship management skills required to work with professional clients. Students also gain expertise in risk management and banking regulations.
