This Master runs online, delivered in conjunction with industry partners like Esamed, Horiba Medical and Siemens Healthineers, focusing on managing point of care testing (POCT) in clinical laboratories. The curriculum includes modules on management, economics and law, clinical pathology, and technology, plus a significant practical component.

This programme targets graduates in biomedical laboratory techniques, to prepare them to train healthcare staff in POCT. The programme will cover subjects like biostatistics, POCT technologies, information management, and quality management systems.

Modules include Management, gestione e organizzazione sanitaria, Patologia Clinica, Tecnologia and Governance multidisciplinare dei POCT. The final module, Dalla Teoria alla Pratica, includes seminars with companies producing POCT systems and testimonials on clinical integration.
