About the Program

The Master's in Logistics and Supply Chain Management (LSCM) is a four-semester European engineering programme with a strong international and intercultural orientation, delivered across multiple partner universities. It combines logistics and supply chain management with techniques for handling business, financial, and engineering data, and addresses operational, tactical, and strategic aspects from an integrated perspective covering technology, engineering, and business. The first year is shared by all students and covers the fundamentals of logistics and supply chain management, including system thinking, decision making, project management, information technology, materials handling and transportation technology, supply chain network and flow management, and management skills. The first semester is at Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona; the second semester is at Riga Technical University. In the second year, students pursue a specialisation tied to their host institution. Students at Technische Hochschule Wildau follow a specialisation in logistics systems engineering and implementation, covering materials handling system design and analysis, logistics management and control systems, and logistics system implementation, followed by the Master's thesis in the fourth semester. All admission and enrolment procedures are handled by Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona. The programme includes Wildau as one of its host locations in Germany.
