Students design a personalized academic plan by selecting courses from two or more disciplines to address their specific interests and goals. They work closely with faculty advisors to create a unified curriculum centered on a conceptual framework. The program requires a senior capstone project that integrates insights from multiple fields and is presented publicly. This approach allows students to pursue unique academic paths not offered in standard majors.

Focus areas include Adventure tourism, Behavioral economics, Disability justice, Global affairs, Healthcare justice, Neuroscience of dance.

The program requires a minimum of 50 credit hours, with 80% completed at Westminster. Courses must include at least one research methods course and be sequenced across introductory, intermediate, and advanced levels. A senior capstone project integrates knowledge from multiple disciplines and must be presented in a public forum.

Graduates pursue careers as personal trainers, health policy analysts, intelligence analysts, medical researchers, nonprofit leaders, and entrepreneurs, among other roles.

Applicants must have completed the equivalent of one full-time semester at Westminster and maintain a GPA of 3.0 or higher. The application must be submitted at least three semesters before planned graduation. Students must be approved by two faculty members and the program director.

The programme totals about 50 credit hours. On-campus, full-time or part-time, typically four years. For international students, tuition is above the median for US programmes. The institution admits about 69% of applicants.
