Master in International Business Management (MSc)

The MSc in International Business Management at Hochschule Fresenius is a practice-oriented programme that addresses the strategic and operational demands placed on companies operating in an environment shaped by digitalisation, globalisation, and climate change. Students develop knowledge of strategic management, international corporate structures, and transformation processes. The four-semester programme dedicates the first two semesters to foundational coursework in areas including international and global management, corporate strategy, leadership, project management, innovation management, and research methods. In the third semester, students select from elective modules such as corporate finance, sustainability management, consumer behaviour, or strategic marketing, with the option to undertake an internship or a semester abroad in place of an elective. The programme concludes with the Master's thesis in the fourth semester. The programme admits students in both the winter and summer semesters and is based at Hochschule Fresenius in Berlin.
