Master in International Business and Management (MA)

The application deadline is Non-EU applicants with a foreign degree apply via uni-assist from 1 February to 1 April. EU applicants with a foreign degree apply via uni-assist from 1 May to 15 July. All applicants with a German degree apply via the Osnabrück University of Applied Scie.

The International Business and Management Master's programme at Osnabruck University of Applied Sciences is a consecutive, English-taught degree that extends students' prior business knowledge into advanced international management topics. The programme emphasises practical experience and covers leadership in specialised and management-level roles in international organisations. Teaching methods include lectures, case studies, management simulations, teamwork, project work, presentations, and assignments, all conducted in small international study groups. The programme runs over 4 semesters, starting in the winter semester. Each of the first three semesters consists of six courses, covering key competences in international business management, general competences such as social skills and research methods, and two elective courses of the student's choice. The fourth semester is dedicated to the Master's thesis. A buddy system and individual counselling are provided, and an advisory service for study abroad periods is available.
