The programme is grounded in the Society of Human Resource Management’s HR Leadership Competency Model and emphasizes current industry practices. Students develop leadership skills through coursework focused on recruitment, hiring, compensation, benefits administration, and training. The academic approach integrates theory with practical application using real-world workplace experience from faculty. Classes are delivered in an eight-week format to support accelerated completion.

The 30-credit hour programme includes coursework in human resource management and is structured around eight-week terms. It does not include a dissertation, practicum, or capstone requirement.

Applicants must hold a bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution. A minimum GPA of 2.75 is required. Official transcripts and a completed application are needed.

The programme totals about 30 credit hours. Online, eight-week terms, part-time; can be completed in less than two years. For international students, tuition is well below the median for US programmes. The institution admits about 55% of applicants.
