Graduates are qualified to lead educational organizations and drive systemic change in curriculum and learning environments. The programme is fully online and designed for working professionals with a master's degree. Students complete coursework, applied research, and a dissertation focused on real-world challenges. The format allows completion in as few as 24 months with a structured, accelerated schedule.

Focus areas include Curriculum Studies and Learning Sciences, Online Learning and Education Technology.

The programme requires 45 total credits, including 12 core courses and three courses in one of two concentrations. Students complete a dissertation sequence totaling 15 credits.

Graduates pursue roles such as Curriculum Director, Director of Teaching and Learning, Educational Consultant, Higher Education Faculty, and Online Program Director.

Applicants must hold a master's degree from a regionally accredited institution with a minimum 3.0 GPA. Official transcripts and a completed online application are required. Conditional admission is available for those below the GPA threshold.

The programme totals about 45 credit hours. Fully online, 7-week courses, part-time, completed in 24 months. For international students, tuition is below the median for US programmes. The institution admits about 95% of applicants.

Edgewood College sits beside Lake Wingra in a quiet residential neighborhood of Madison, Wisconsin, with access to downtown, coffee shops, restaurants, events, bike trails, and outdoor activities.
