Bachelor in Finance and accounting

Finance and Accounting at Uniwersytet WSB Merito Łódź is a bachelor's degree program taught in English over three years. Students take classes that use modern business solutions and specialized software, and take part in study visits to companies in the industry. For students without a basic background in finance and accounting, the university offers a dedicated preparatory module of courses, and the specialization offer is adapted for graduates from both economic and non-economic faculties. Students learn from tutors who are practitioners in their fields, including entrepreneurs, managers, and specialists in accounting, banking, law, taxes, and insurance. As a graduate of this field of study, students can apply for exemption from four exams, levels F1 through F4, within the ACCA (Association of Chartered Certified Accountants) diploma. The Polish Accreditation Committee (PKA) awarded this program its highest, distinctive grade for cooperation with the socio-economic environment in the education process. The university describes a multi-step process for applying, beginning with choosing the field of study, then creating a Candidate Account containing recruitment instructions, followed by completing the recruitment form and attaching and signing the necessary documents within seven days of creating the account. This online process allows applicants to complete recruitment remotely, without needing to leave home, as part of the university's approach to accessible enrollment for the finance and accounting field.
