Students who already hold a BSc in Pharmacy can join this pathway to skip ahead into the third year of the University of Pécs's five-year PharmD programme, once they pass an entrance exam and complete a credit transfer review. Led by Dr. András Fittler, the fast-track is built for international graduates from accredited pharmacy programmes who want to finish their pharmacist qualification without restarting their studies.

Successful applicants join existing third-year student groups and follow the standard PharmD curriculum for the remaining three years, including thesis defence and state examinations, before qualifying to work as registered pharmacists in Hungary and across the EU under mutual recognition rules. Each student is assigned a faculty mentor or peer for academic and professional support. Tuition for the entry year is EUR 8,400, split into EUR 4,400 for the first semester and EUR 4,000 for the second.
