This programme focuses on applying engineering principles to medical and biological systems with an emphasis on real-world problem solving. Students engage in hands-on projects through the Integrated Projects Curriculum, working on client-driven challenges such as prosthetic limb design. The curriculum integrates technical training with Christian values and service-oriented learning. Laboratory work includes DNA analysis, tissue decellularization, and 3D printing of medical devices.

Focus areas include Prosthetic device design, Medical device failure analysis, Biosensor development, Tissue engineering, 3D printing for healthcare, Clinical engineering applications.

The programme requires 120 credits, including 15 pre-engineering courses, eight upper-level engineering courses, and nine concentration-specific courses in biomedical engineering. Students complete a five-semester sequence of credit-bearing projects through the Integrated Projects Curriculum.

Graduates enter roles such as biomedical engineer, clinical engineer, product designer, product developer, and manufacturing engineer in healthcare and technology sectors.

First-year applicants may apply test-optional. Admission considers academic record, personal statements, and letters of recommendation. Required documents include high school transcripts and application form.
