This online master's degree prepares educators to advance into leadership roles within schools. Graduates are qualified to serve as school administrators, principals, or lead teachers. The programme offers three emphasis areas tailored to different career paths. Students engage in coursework that integrates their teaching experience with leadership development.

Focus areas include Teacher Leader, School Leader, School Leader (without Principal Certification).
