Students engage in a transdisciplinary curriculum focused on equity, ethics, and social justice through online coursework and annual in-person residencies. Graduates pursue roles as educational leaders, policy advisors, organizational change agents, and consultants in schools, non-profits, government agencies, and international education organizations.

Applicants must hold a master's degree and have at least five years of professional experience. The programme does not require the GRE. Required materials include official transcripts, a resume, two letters of reference, a personal statement, a work sample, and an interview with a faculty member.

The programme totals about 60 credit hours. Online with low-residency format; one in-person residency per year; full-time study over three years; virtual residencies every term. For international students, tuition is below the median for US programmes.
