Students complete six one-unit fieldwork courses while enrolled in concurrent coursework, working with a university supervisor and a site mentor at their school. Each fieldwork experience lasts eight weeks and includes planned activities and reflective discussions. The program integrates California Professional Standards for Education Leaders (CPSEL) into all six fieldwork courses. Students earn a preliminary administrative services credential alongside their master’s degree through a structured, practice-based curriculum.
