It aligns with Tennessee Instructional Leadership Standards and the Professional Standards for Educational Leaders. Candidates engage in mentorship courses and complete a capstone project addressing a problem of practice in their school or district. The programme is offered online asynchronously or in-person through a cohort model on the main campus.
