Introduction

About the Program

Students make digital artworks using Adobe Creative Suite, Maya, Unity, and Unreal Engine in Graphic Arts Labs. They complete projects in graphic design, 3D modeling, animation, game design, and AR/VR environments. Experienced artists guide their work through one-on-one mentorship and feedback. The program combines hands-on studio work with liberal arts courses. This approach helps students create art with cultural awareness and depth.

Focus areas include graphic design, digital photography and video, 3D modeling, animation, game design, immersive AR/VR.

The program requires 120 credit hours, distributed across studio courses, liberal arts requirements, and a Senior Portfolio Capstone. The capstone includes building a professional portfolio, resume, website, and organizing a final exhibition.

Graduates work in roles such as graphic designer, 3D artist, game designer, and digital media specialist at organizations including MoMA, Nike Communications, and The Guggenheim Museum.

Applicants must submit an application, official transcripts, a personal statement, and letters of recommendation. SAT/ACT scores are optional. International students receive support for visas and English-language assessments.

The programme totals about 120 credit hours. On-campus, full-time, four years. For international students, tuition is well above the median for US programmes. The institution admits about 78% of applicants.
