The Pre-dietetics concentration leads to eligibility for the Accredited Integrated Master of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics. Students complete a Bachelor of Science in Human Biology or Psychology with this concentration. The programme prepares students for supervised practice and the national registration exam for dietitians.

Focus areas include Clinical dietetics, Foodservice management, Sports nutrition, Community nutrition, Private practice, Diabetes prevention.

Students complete a bachelor's degree with 120 credits in Human Biology or Psychology, including Pre-dietetics coursework. The fourth year includes courses that count toward both the undergraduate and the integrated master's degree.

Graduates become eligible to take the Registration Examination for Dietitians and pursue roles as registered dietitians in clinical, community, foodservice, or private practice settings.

Applicants must hold a high school diploma or equivalent. Transfer students must have completed prerequisite courses. Required documents include transcripts and a personal statement.

The programme totals about 120 credit hours. On-campus, full-time, four-year undergraduate programme with a fifth year for the integrated master's degree. For international students, tuition is above the median for US programmes. The institution admits about 93% of applicants.
