This programme is designed for educators seeking leadership certification in Georgia. It focuses on applying leadership knowledge in real school settings through practicum experiences. Students document their learning in e-portfolios using the Anthology platform. The programme is delivered fully online and prepares candidates for Tier I Leadership Certification.

The 36-hour M.Ed. in Leadership includes coursework and practicum experiences. All credits are for the full degree, not a concentration.

Graduates enter school-level leadership roles below the principal level and district-level positions that do not supervise principals.

Applicants must have a bachelor's degree with a minimum 2.5 GPA and a valid level 4 or higher teaching or leadership certificate. Official transcripts and proof of lawful presence are required. The Georgia Ethics for Educational Leadership Assessment must be completed before enrollment.
