Students study how to apply psychological principles to social problems. They learn social ecology, prevention, intervention strategies, group counseling, social services systems, creating settings, cultural stress, and social change.

Established in 1860 as a co-educational institution, Wheaton College is a private, residential, interdenominational Christian liberal arts college and graduate school.
