Bachelor in City and Regional Planning

City and Regional Planning studies how urban and regional spaces are organized, developed, and managed, covering land use planning, transportation systems, housing policy, and environmental sustainability. Students learn to analyze demographic and spatial data, evaluate zoning and land-use regulations, and design plans that address growth, infrastructure, and community needs. Coursework often includes geographic information systems, urban design, and planning law, combining technical analysis with policy-oriented coursework.
