The programme is grounded in theological study, pastoral practice, and spiritual development. Students engage in coursework that integrates scripture, church history, liturgy, and moral theology. Each semester includes ministry mentoring with a faculty member and a pastoral internship in a community setting. The curriculum emphasizes formation in human, theological, spiritual, and pastoral dimensions for service in Christian ministry.

Applicants must have a high school diploma or equivalent. A minimum GPA of 2.5 is required. Submission of official transcripts and a personal statement is required for admission.

The programme totals about 45 credit hours. On-campus, full-time, four-year programme. For international students, tuition is above the median for US programmes. The institution admits about 95% of applicants.
