Chinese (Zhenjiang) Vinegar Culture Appreciation Program

The Chinese (Zhenjiang) Vinegar Culture Appreciation Program at Jiangsu University is a non-degree program for students interested in Chinese culture. It lasts one semester and is taught in English.

This program explores the history and production of Chinese vinegar, as well as its cultural significance. Students will learn about fermentation techniques, vinegar tasting, and food pairing.

After completing this program, students can pursue careers as Food Critics, Culinary Historians, or Cultural Ambassadors. They can work in the food industry, tourism, or education, sharing their knowledge of Chinese vinegar culture with others.
