Bookkeeping AAT Level 1 Part-time (Monday, flexible start dates)

The Bookkeeping AAT Level 1 Part-time program at Barnsley College is for students new to bookkeeping. It's a non-degree program that takes one year to complete, taught in English. The program starts on Mondays and has flexible start dates.

This program covers the basics of bookkeeping, including double-entry bookkeeping and financial statements. You'll learn to use accounting software and develop skills in preparing invoices and invoices. You'll work on projects to practice your bookkeeping skills.

After completing this program, you can work as a Junior Bookkeeper, Accounting Clerk, or Data Entry Clerk. You can also find jobs as a Finance Assistant or a Payroll Clerk. Employers in accounting firms, small businesses, and non-profit organizations often hire people with these skills.
