The programme is grounded in research and theory-to-practice methodology. Students learn to apply evidence-based approaches to social work challenges. They study human behaviour, social issues, and community well-being. The curriculum prepares students for transfer to complete a full Bachelor of Social Work degree.

2 years (4 terms), 60 credits, in-person delivery, no co-op or practicum.

Graduates may work as social workers, child and family support workers, mental health and addictions workers, community outreach workers, or case managers.

High school diploma or equivalent with 60% average in English 30-1 and four subjects from groups A, B, or C (only one from group B). Mature students (21+) need 60% in English 30-1. English proficiency required: TOEFL iBT 86 (no less than 21), IELTS 6.5 (no less than 5.0), CAEL 70, MELAB 85, Duolingo 115, PTE 58.
