The Bachelor of Construction Management is a full-time on-campus program delivered in the evening with part-time options. It spans four years and includes a blended format with in-person classes and limited online coursework. Students learn to plan, coordinate and manage construction projects through applied learning. The final year features a capstone project integrating academic knowledge with practical experience.

Four-year program with 8 semesters and one work term; includes co-op work term; offered on-campus with part-time option.

Graduates enter leadership and management roles in commercial, industrial, infrastructure and institutional construction sectors.

Completion of a recognized qualifying diploma or degree in fields such as architectural technologies, civil engineering technology, or related disciplines. Journeyperson Carpentry Red Seal candidates must complete specific courses. English language requirement applies. International students may be considered under Special Admission process.
