Bachelor of Communication (Hons)

The Bachelor of Communication Hons at the University of Wollongong Malaysia, Glenmarie, Selangor campus offers students four specialisations: Corporate Communication, Advertising Media Management, Journalism and Broadcasting, and Visual Communication. Over three years, students utilise this program to engage with industry professionals and work on real-world projects, such as media proposal pitches with Mindshare, and event campaigns like the PS, LOL event — 'Love Out Loud, Live Out Loud and Laugh Out Loud' — which raised awareness on the dangers of stress and made the Malaysia Book of Records by building the largest lollipop mural in the country.

Through practical experience, such as the International Science Drama Competition 2016, where students trained young talents to win Second Prize and the Overall Best Performer Award, our students develop an understanding of the media landscape, build resilience, and learn to take on challenges with confidence.
