This programme is designed for recent graduates and working professionals with a background in linguistics or education. Students study research methodology, second language acquisition, and applied linguistics. They gain expertise in ESL, multilingualism, and language teaching. A four-year bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline with a minimum average of 75% in the last two years. Required coursework in general linguistics, syntax, phonology, discourse analysis, educational psychology, or ESL teaching methodology. IELTS 6.5 overall with no band below 6.0 for course-based applicants; IELTS 7.0 overall with writing band 7.0 and no subtest below 6.5 for research-based applicants.
