Master in Advanced Materials And Manufacturing (Research Master)

Students with a strong background in engineering or materials science will thrive in this programme, which offers hands-on research experience in the Institute for Materials Research (IMFAA) and the LaserApplicationCenter (LAZ). Students will develop skills in materials development, automation solutions in microscopy, and material analysis, preparing them for careers in industry and academia.

In the first year, students work independently on a self-selected research topic in a Research Unit (RU), guided by lectures that provide in-depth theoretical knowledge. The second year focuses on the Master's thesis, which builds on the research modules, and includes social credit activities. The program culminates in a graduation party with fellow graduates.
