Bachelor in Management

Management at Katowice School of Economics is a bachelor's program taught in English over three years, or six semesters, delivered in Katowice. The specialization aims to develop management and economics specialists with a broad theoretical and practical knowledge base, with particular focus on contemporary finance and economics. Students gain a deeper understanding of international management, how corporations function, and how marketing strategies are planned and implemented within corporations operating worldwide. To prepare students for leading international negotiations, the program builds practical skills in international business correspondence and the principles of diplomatic relations. Alongside this factual and practical grounding, the course develops fluency in industry-specific business English, and students are given the opportunity to sit one of the Cambridge ESOL-BEC (Business English Certificate) examinations, held on campus and administered by fully qualified examiners. The British Council BEC certificates are recognized internationally and serve as confirmation of a candidate's practical English-language skills, supporting their suitability for employment in multinational corporations.
