Master in Executive MBA General Management

The Executive MBA in General Management at SRH University is a two-semester programme for professionals with leadership experience in mid-level and senior management positions. The programme focuses on developing agile and future-oriented management skills, covering strategy, finance, data and digital technologies, marketing, process management, and team collaboration. Ethical leadership and entrepreneurial thinking run through the curriculum as consistent themes. The first semester includes modules on strategic management, strategic leadership, motivation and organisational behaviour, corporate finance, financial accounting, big data, agile leadership, and artificial intelligence and machine learning, along with an elective and an internship. The second semester covers strategic marketing, process and quality management, social trust and ethical leadership, and game theory, and concludes with the Master's thesis and accompanying seminar. The programme starts in both winter and summer semesters and is taught at SRH University in Berlin, Germany.
