Master in Economics and Finance, MSc

The MSc in Economics and Finance at Rhine-Waal University of Applied Sciences is a 3-semester consecutive programme building on an undergraduate foundation in economics and finance. It covers advanced methods and models in economics, corporate finance, and international financial market analysis, with coursework that also addresses game theory, behavioural economics and finance, and empirical market analysis. The first two semesters deliver the core content and include elective courses for thematic focus. The third semester is dedicated to the Master's thesis, which can be prepared in cooperation with financial institutions, industry partners, or public organisations. Depending on the length of the undergraduate degree, students may be admitted conditionally with a Learning Agreement covering additional credit requirements or unconditionally. The programme is taught entirely in English and integrated German and English language courses are also available. It is offered at Rhine-Waal University of Applied Sciences in Kleve, Germany.
