About the Program

The Master's programme in Business and Psychology at the Catholic University of Eichstätt-Ingolstadt brings together an interdisciplinary team covering business, economics, and psychology to examine human behaviour in organisational settings alongside economic reasoning. The programme covers five subject areas: Human Resource Management and Personnel Psychology; Behaviour in Organisations; Market and Competition; Behavioural Economics; and Methodology. Required modules, including an interdisciplinary Business and Psychology Joint Seminar with Tandem Projects, are offered at the start of the programme and establish the foundation for all five thematic pillars. An interdisciplinary research seminar spanning semesters three and four is closely linked to the Master's thesis. Students choose from a wide range of required electives and elective modules, with mandatory courses taught entirely in English and elective and required elective modules available in German or English. Applicants must document prior knowledge in Statistics or Mathematics of at least 10 ECTS. The programme runs over four semesters, has 50 places including international students, and starts in the winter semester at the Catholic University of Eichstätt-Ingolstadt in Ingolstadt, Germany.
